Summary

On July 12, 2007, the complainant was working as a [redacted] to [redacted]. The body of a young man was brought in the Bronx, after he was shot to death within the confines of the 45th Precinct. [redacted] was providing crowd control at the ambulance bay near [redacted]. At about 6:20 PM, [redacted] was ordered by Sergeant Bennett to get medical assistance for the fainted family member of the deceased. Sergeant Bennett was not satisfied with the way [redacted] responded to his order, and asked [redacted] to go with him to a secluded area off a corridor inside the hospital, where the two men discussed their differences without resolving them. After leaving the corridor, Sergeant Bennett and [redacted] had an argument inside the [redacted] in the course of which Sergeant Bennett allegedly threatened to arrest [redacted] [Allegation A].
