Summary

[redacted] stated that he was standing in front of his building, speaking with a group of friends, when police officers jumped out of an unmarked van and ran towards them. [redacted] stated that the officers made him and his friends get on the wall and began to search them. [redacted] stated that PO Lupo then stated "shut up and get on the wall unless you want to go in cuffs".
