Summary

On November 29, 2007, at approximately 3:30p.m., several officers entered and searched [redacted]'s apartment without a search warrant (Allegation A). The officers said that they received a radio call stating that there were firearms in the home. At the time, [redacted] their child, and [redacted] were in the apartment. When the officers arrived to the scene, [redacted] and [redacted] were engaged in a verbal dispute. During this time, Officer John Hagan and another officer (unidentified) used discourteous language towards [redacted] (Allegation B and Allegation C). Officer Hagan then pushed [redacted] and [redacted] (Allegation D) and he threatened to use physical force towards [redacted] (Allegation G).
