On January 10, 2008, at approximately 4:00 PM and in the vicinity of 18th Avenue and Benson Avenue in Brooklyn, [redacted] was walking back to his work from a pizza restaurant. A black Chevy Impala pulled up and parked in front of [redacted] and Sergeant Christopher Zaleski, PO John Hagan and PO Horacio Maldonado from the 62nd Precinct exited the vehicle. Sergeant Zaleski or PO Hagan then asked [redacted] for his identification (Allegations A-B). Sergeant Zaleski then asked [redacted] if he was "one of those guys that says fuck the cops?" and called [redacted] a "fucking punk" (Allegation C). Sergeant Zaleski then started "nudging" [redacted] Is left shoulder with his left shoulder approximately 2 or 3 times. When [redacted] tried to leave, Sergeant Zaleski pushed [redacted] Is chest 4 or 5 times with open palms. At this point, [redacted] came outside.
