Summary

They reported that at about 12:45 pm on February 14, 2008, they were walking on Fulton Street and New York Avenue when an officer, identified through investigation as Sergeant Michael Pellegrin of the 79th Precinct, stopped his car at the curb in front of them. Sergeant Pellegrin immediately exited the car, said, "Don't move," and allegedly pointed his gun at [redacted] (Allegations A and B). Two other officers, identified through investigation as PO Jamaal Miller and PO Christian Delacruz, in a separate car then pulled up and exited their car. [redacted] were frisked and searched (Allegations C, D, E and F). [redacted] then obtained the officers' names and shield numbers and the officers left. [redacted] proceeded to the 79th Precinct, where they informed an unidentified officer that they wanted to file a complaint.
