Summary

[redacted] is a [redacted]-old Hispanic female who has brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5'3" tall and weighs approximately 132 pounds. [redacted] provided a phone statement to the investigation on March 19, 2008. On March 25, 2008, [redacted] was interviewed at the CCRB.
On February 27, 2008, between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., [redacted] was at her home at [redacted] in Maspeth, Queens. [redacted] was in her kitchen, and her mother, [redacted] was sitting in the living room. [redacted] stated that her mother is disabled and would have difficulty providing a statement about the incident to the investigation. Her [redacted]-old son, [redacted] was upstairs in his bedroom. While she was in the kitchen, [redacted] heard the front door of her home being pushed open (she stated this door is often left unlocked). [redacted] was expecting her [redacted]-old son [redacted] to arrive soon and initially assumed that the person entering was [redacted] However, when she heard her dog bark at the open door from the living room, she realized that the person opening the door was not [redacted] [redacted] stated that her mother did not have a clear view of the front door from where she was sitting, but in the kitchen, [redacted] observed the front door opening into the house. Through the glass plane on the door, she could see a figure opening the door and was able to tell that it was not [redacted] because the person was taller and had a darker complexion. After the dog barked, the figure pulled the door shut again. [redacted] then heard a knock at the door. She approached the door and opened it to observe an officer, identified as PO Anthony Wright, standing on her stoop.
