On March 28, 2008, at approximately 3:00 PM, [redacted] was filming the outside of the 34th Precinct stationhouse (4295 Broadway) in Manhattan when Sgt. Neil Zuber stopped him (Allegation A). Sgt. Zuber escorted [redacted] into the stationhouse where he frisked and searched him (Allegation B). Sgt. Zuber also examined the video tape (Allegation B).
