Summary

On June 11, 2008, [redacted] filed this complaint with the CCRB via the call processing system on behalf of [redacted] did not know [redacted] at the time of this incident. On June 11, 2008, at approximately 7:10pm, in the vicinity of East 71st Street and 3rd Avenue in Manhattan, [redacted] approached Officer Charles Zwilling, of the 19th Precinct, and asked him why the street was sealed off. Officer Zwilling allegedly responded by pushing [redacted] a number of times (Allegation A). [redacted] was then handcuffed and placed against a window of Grace's Market, a store nearby. [redacted] was later pushed into the backseat of a patrol vehicle by a number of officers (Allegation B). [redacted] was transported to the precinct and issued two disorderly conduct summons and a traffic ticket by Officer Zwilling (Allegation C). Read report for details.
