Summary

On December 23, 2008, at about 8:00pm, Sgt. Andrew Hillery and his narcotics team, Det. Paul Fazio, Det. Michael Lopresti, Det. Stacy Meigs, Det. James Malpeso, Det. Michael Rivera, Det. Joseph Ryan, Det. Steven Sposito, and PO John Brooks scheduled a drug sale with an unidentified drug dealer to take place at 567 Armstrong Avenue in Staten Island.
