Summary

On January 14, 2009, at 12:53 AM, [redacted] was arrested in front of 254 West 52nd Street in Manhattan. He was transported to the 18th Precinct stationhouse, by PO Jordan Mazur and PO [redacted] Oberst, both assigned to the 18th Precinct. [redacted] repeatedly cursed at the officers and threatened to give them AIDS. Inside of the arrest processing room, PO Mazur started to remove [redacted] Is handcuffs, when [redacted] attempted to spit on PO Mazur. PO Mazur pushed [redacted] Is head away from him, and the back of [redacted] Is head hit the metal grate of the room's holding cell (Allegation A). [redacted] alleged that inside of the arrest processing room and inside of the ambulance, officers called him a "bitch" and threatened to spank him (Allegations B and C).
