At approximately 3:00 p.m. on March 8, 2009, PO Sean Claxton and PO Jonathan King of the 83rd Precinct received a radio communication regarding a dispute between [redacted] and [redacted] in front of [redacted] in Brooklyn. [redacted] was arrested by PO Claxton at the incident location for [redacted] but not charged. The following is alleged:
