On April 28, 2011, at approximately 1:35 p.m., [redacted] and his friend, [redacted] were approached by PO Joseph Martins, PO Joseph Cortright, and PO Jason Fritz of the 102nd Precinct in the vicinity of 101st Avenue and 121st Street in Queens. Ultimately, [redacted] was arrested for criminal possession of a weapon.
