On May 13, 2013, at around 1:30 p.m., [redacted] and four friends - [redacted] and [redacted] walked to [redacted] in Brooklyn after having sat in a courtyard across the street. They were buzzed into the building by a friend, and were all about to enter apartment [redacted] when Lt. Eric Delman and PO Henry Henriquez stopped [redacted] and [redacted] in the hallway.
