On February 8, 2014, at approximately 9:27 a.m., at [redacted] in Brooklyn, [redacted] was engaged in a physical altercation with [redacted]. PO Tanisha Dorson, PO Deon Crockwell, PO Steven Lanigan, and PO Lamont Sweint of the 71st Precinct responded. PO Dorson allegedly entered the apartment and handcuffed [redacted] (Allegation A).
