Summary

On April 1, 2014, at approximately 2:48 p.m., [redacted] left her vehicle, a silver 2005 Scion TC, double parked and unoccupied in front of 1131 Ogden Avenue in the Bronx and went to move her boyfriend's vehicle, which is a black 2005 Acura MDX. When [redacted] returned to her double parked vehicle, she encountered PO Jeanette Rivera and Lieutenant Sounia Wilson. PO Rivera issued [redacted] a double parking summons. Lieutenant Wilson allegedly threatened to summons [redacted] saying, "I better not see your car parked around here again."
