Summary

On March 26, 2014, at approximately 1:15 p.m., [redacted] and [redacted] were each arrested for [redacted] inside of [redacted] in Brooklyn. [redacted]'s [redacted] son, [redacted] was also present. All civilians present were transported the 73rd Precinct stationhouse. PO Grandstaff allegedly threatened [redacted] that if she did not sign a paper consenting to the search of her apartment, [redacted] would be put in ACS care (Allegation A). [redacted] signed a statement consenting to PO Thaddeus Grandstaff only searching her master bedroom (encl. 42A). PO Grandstaff entered and searched the master bedroom, and allegedly searched the storage room inside of the apartment (Allegation B). When [redacted] was released and returned home, she observed her window blinds dented or broken (Allegation C).
