On May 29, 2014, Sgt. Brendan Heapes, PO Jason Greenberg, PO Matthew Gueli, PO Raymond Rodriguez, PO Dominick Raso, and PO Christopher Duggan, of the 120th Precinct Strategy Enforcement Team (SET), stopped [redacted] and [redacted] in front of [redacted] in Staten Island (Allegation A). During the stop PO Gueli frisked and allegedly searched [redacted] (Allegation B and Allegation C) and PO Greenberg frisked and allegedly searched [redacted] (Allegation D and Allegation E).
