In his sworn statement, but not in his online complaint, [redacted] stated that he was wanted by the NYPD in connection with multiple violations of a restraining order, and had been visited by members of the Department of Homeland Security in connection with his blogging about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. He moved to North Carolina, and lent his Manhattan apartment to [redacted] a former lawyer who had been disbarred for fraud, in exchange for [redacted] legal advice. However, [redacted] eventually just stole his possessions and moved away. On May 29, 2014, at approximately 8:22 a.m., [redacted] texted [redacted] that Sgt. Kevin Blake of the 19th Precinct Detective Squad, followed by two unidentified detectives, whose identities Sgt. Blake could not recall, had rung the apartment buzzer, stated that he was from a moving company, and rushed into the apartment the moment [redacted] opened the door. (Allegation A) Sgt.
