On June 19, 2014, at approximately 1:00 a.m., in the vicinity of the downtown side of the Nevins Street subway station in Brooklyn, [redacted], was arrested by PO James Dudley, of Transit Bureau District 30 for fare evasion. While at the TD 30 stationhouse, [redacted] was taken to the holding cells and allegedly told to remove his sweatpants, which were not returned to him until he was transported to Brooklyn Central Booking; as a result he allegedly had to remain in the cell in his boxers (Allegation A). While in the cells, [redacted] requested medical attention from PO Dudley (Allegation B). While at Brooklyn Central Booking, [redacted] was yelling, and an unidentified officer allegedly used profanity (Allegation C). When [redacted] continued to yell, unidentified officers allegedly punched on his face and his ribs and he was handcuffed and placed in leg shackles (Allegation D). An unidentified officer lodged a prisoner in the cell with [redacted] and allegedly told him that ESU would come to Taser him and take him to a psychiatric facility (Allegation E). This officer then allegedly pushed [redacted] against a bench (Allegation D cont'd). [redacted] was eventually placed in an ambulance, at which point an unidentified officer allegedly pointed his gun at [redacted] (Allegation F). [redacted] was taken to [redacted].
