On June 29, 2014, at approximately 12:35 a.m., PO Jorge Sanabria and PO Jonathan Taveras of the 73rd Precinct responded to a dispute at [redacted] in Brooklyn. After responding to the location, [redacted] assaulted [redacted] in front of PO Sanabria and PO Taveras. [redacted] alleged that PO Sanabria grabbed [redacted] by the arm and threw her to the ground (Allegation A). While [redacted] struggled with PO Sanabria, [redacted] and [redacted] all pushed PO Sanabria. Although [redacted] alleged that PO Sanabria pointed his gun at him and [redacted] (Allegation B) and said, "Get the fuck back."
