On June 30, 2014 at approximately 1:40 a.m., [redacted] was sitting in his car with his female friend [redacted] parked in front of 133 North 6th Street in Brooklyn, when they observed a potential burglary in process. [redacted] called 911, and two officers responded, PO Jeffrey Brezinski and PO Benjamin Maldonado of the 94th Precinct. During their interaction, PO Brezinski told [redacted] "Whatever, go fuck yourself" (Allegation A). The officers then left, without apprehending the alleged perpetrators. Read report for details.
