Summary

On July 15, 2014, at approximately 8pm, [redacted] who was operating his white pick-up truck, was stopped by PO Michael Yu and PO Alejandro Villalona on East New York Avenue and Powell Street in Brooklyn for suspicion of [redacted]. During the encounter, PO Yu allegedly searched underneath a tarp which covered the bed of the pick-up truck (Allegation A).
