Summary

On July 25, 2014, at approximately 2:00 a.m., [redacted] was driving westbound on Myrtle Avenue near the intersection of Grove Street in Brooklyn. [redacted] was riding in the passenger's seat of the vehicle. As [redacted] drove through the intersection, a cup of coffee was thrown at the driver's side of his car from an unmarked police vehicle driving in the opposite direction (Allegation A). The vehicle was driven by PO Daniel McSherry with PO Trevor White in the passenger's seat. [redacted] was not arrested or issued a summons (encl. 4A-4B, encl. 6A-6B).
