On July 21, 2014, at approximately 1:18 a.m., [redacted] and [redacted] were in [redacted] 's apartment located at [redacted] in Brooklyn. [redacted] heard a knock on the door and went to answer. PO Frank Vera, PO Genine O'Neill, PO Michael Kaminsky, and PO Giovanni Fini from the 75th Precinct, entered the apartment (Allegations A, B, C, and D). Sgt. Justin Simms, from the 75th Precinct, authorized the search of the apartment (Allegation E). Neither [redacted] nor [redacted] were arrested or issued summonses.
