On August 9, 2014, at approximately 10:30 a.m., in front of 944 Aldus Street, [redacted] was approached by Sgt. Aaron Edwards, Det. Anthony Rumph, and PO Andre Arias of Bronx Narcotics. The officers allegedly stopped [redacted] and PO Arias allegedly searched him (Allegations A and B). Sgt. Edwards allegedly refused to provide his name to [redacted] (Allegation C).
