Summary

On September 5, 2014, at approximately 6:34 p.m., PO Jonathan Martinez arrested [redacted] at 200 Tillary Street in Brooklyn (arrest report encl. 43-44). As per [redacted] s request, PO Martinez brought her to [redacted] 1, where he allegedly squeezed her neck (Allegation A). While PO Martinez was attempting to fingerprint [redacted] later at the stationhouse, he allegedly squeezed her neck again (Allegation B).
