Summary

At 8:30PM on November 18, 2014, on the corner of Bushwick Avenue and Grand Street in Brooklyn, PO Anthony Codispoti wrote [redacted] a summons for parking his tow truck in a bus lane (Encl. 7E-F). PO Erick Villanueva, PO Codispoti's partner, was also present. [redacted] argued the summons and was uncooperative with the officers' commands. He alleges that he had asked PO Codispoti for his shield number, but in response, PO Codispoti merely turned away from him, ignoring the request (Allegation A).
