Summary

On December 20, 2014 at approximately 5:40 p.m., [redacted] arrived at [redacted]. As [redacted] entered [redacted] PO Greg Desideri asked him who he was and why he was at the hospital. After explaining that he worked at the hospital he presented his physician's ID to PO Desideri. PO Desideri then requested [redacted]s employee ID from [redacted], which [redacted] had left in his locker inside the hospital. PO Desideri instructed [redacted] to get a coworker to escort him inside the hospital. As [redacted] began walking down the ramp of the ER entrance, PO Desideri allegedly placed both of his hands on [redacted]s back and pushed him down the ramp (Allegation A).
