On December 24, 2014, at approximately 1 a.m., [redacted] was involved in a vehicular accident near the intersection of [redacted] in Brooklyn. Sgt. Joe Chen, PO Shawney Chow, PO Colin Miskowitz, PO Dave Williams and additional 66th Precinct officers responded. Before [redacted] could explain the situation to Sgt. Chen, Sgt. Chen screamed at him, "Bullshit!" (Allegation A). [redacted] alleged that Sgt. Chen yelled something to the effect of, "Fucking Jews!" while walking away from him (Allegation B).
