Summary

On December 29, 2014, at approximately 2:00 p.m., PO Concepcion Robles, PO Ronald Perillo, and PO Janay Kennedy of the 18th Precinct were driving to Tourneau, a luxury watch store located at East 53rd Street and Madison Avenue in Manhattan, to investigate a report of possible credit card fraud. In front of Tourneau, PO Robles, who was dressed in plainclothes, saw [redacted] quickly walking north on Madison Avenue, and decided to follow her. PO Perillo and PO Kennedy went inside Tourneau to gather more information. [redacted] entered [redacted] which is at East 57th Street and Madison Avenue, and PO Robles stopped her in the lobby of the building (Allegation A). PO Perillo and PO Kennedy arrived at [redacted] and presented PO Robles with a scanned copy of the identification the suspect had tried to use at Tourneau (enc. 8H).
