Summary

On January 22, 2015 at approximately 3:00 pm, [redacted] arrived at the [redacted] because her [redacted] old daughter had been involved in a fight and was in police custody. [redacted] wanted the boy who her daughter fought with to be arrested too but the officers declined to arrest him. [redacted] was upset about the situation and subsequently escorted out of the school by PO Michael Blissett of the 73rd Precinct. [redacted] got into a verbal argument with Sgt. Shafidiya and yelled personal insults at her. Sgt. Beatrice Shafidiya also of the 73rd Precinct walked across the room, allegedly said "that's it, your ass is going down" or "that's it, bitch," and pepper sprayed [redacted] in the face (Allegation A and Allegation B). [redacted] was then handcuffed and taken to the 73rd Precinct stationhouse where she was issued a disorderly conduct summons by PO Blissett and given medical treatment.
