On February 27, 2015, at approximately 12:45 a.m., [redacted] was driving a garbage truck in which he and [redacted] were occupants, in the vicinity of Clinton Street and Broadway in Manhattan, when they were stopped by PO Vahagn Krmoyan and PO Luis Perez, both of the 7th Precinct. [redacted] alleged that during the interaction, PO Krmoyan used the word "fuck" towards him multiple times (Allegation A).
