[redacted] complained that he was stopped by plainclothes officers in an unmarked car while driving in the vicinity of [redacted] in Queens, identified as PO Brian Vacchio and PO Michael Carrieri of the 110th Precinct Anti-Crime unit (Allegations A and B). After being asked to exit the vehicle, PO Carrieri searched [redacted]'s car (Allegation C). [redacted] further alleged that PO Vacchio searched his car (Allegation D). The officers' supervisor, Sgt.
