The investigation determined that [redacted] got into a verbal argument with bouncer [redacted] after which he and his group were accosted by the 9th Precinct Anti-Crime team, identified as Sgt. Stanley Lopez, PO Gregory Fink, and PO Frank Kurys. In the process of arresting [redacted] Sgt. Lopez pushed [redacted] causing her to fall to the ground (Allegation A). Sgt. Lopez then directed PO Fink to arrest [redacted] who was filming the scene on his cell phone camera (Allegations B and C). As they walked the defendants back to the RMP, Sgt. Lopez handcuffed [redacted] and placed him under arrest, and then allegedly slapped [redacted] in the side of the head while handcuffed (Allegation D). During the course of the arrests and transportation back to the stationhouse, Sgt. Lopez used numerous discourtesies towards the arrested civilians (Allegation E).
