Summary

The investigation determined that [redacted] got into a verbal argument with bouncer [redacted] after which he and his group were accosted by the 9th Precinct Anti-Crime team, identified as Sgt. Stanley Lopez, PO Gregory Fink, and PO Frank Kurys. In the process of arresting [redacted] Sgt. Lopez pushed [redacted] causing her to fall to the ground (Allegation A). Sgt. Lopez then directed PO Fink to arrest [redacted] who was filming the scene on his cell phone camera (Allegations B and C). As they walked the defendants back to the RMP, Sgt. Lopez handcuffed [redacted] and placed him under arrest, and then allegedly slapped [redacted] in the side of the head while handcuffed (Allegation D).
