On March 12, 2015, at approximately 11:40 p.m., Sgt. Stephen Faber, PO Kenneth Sepulveda, and PO Timothy Rizzo of the 113th Precinct exited their black, unmarked Chevy Impala and allegedly approached [redacted] with their guns drawn in front of his home [redacted] in Queens (Allegation A, B, and C).
