On December 17, 2014, at approximately 1:15p.m., Police Officers Sheryce McCollough, Mark McRae, and Kenneth Melendez of the 90th Precinct arrived at [redacted] in Brooklyn. The officers were there to arrest [redacted] on an open complaint for harassment. [redacted] alleged the following: PO McCollough grabbed her hoodie and pushed her into a chair (Allegation A).
