On April 14, 2015, at approximately 6:38 p.m. (time established from NYPD Event Board Review (BR) 1), on Flatbush Avenue at Sterling Place in Brooklyn, PO Kaz Daughtry of Patrol Borough Brooklyn North (PBBN) used physical force against [redacted] during a protest against police brutality (Allegation B). [redacted] was hospitalized for the injuries she sustained, and she was not arrested nor issued any summons.
