On April 17, 2015, at approximately 10:38 p.m., [redacted] was arrested for petit larceny [redacted] by PO Jamie Brantmeyer of the 1st Precinct. At the stationhouse, [redacted] encountered PO Whittaker Young. PO Young and other unidentified officers allegedly spoke rudely to [redacted] (allegations A and B). PO Young later allegedly threw [redacted] clothing on the floor with the trash (allegation C). The next morning, in the cell area, [redacted] encountered PO James Hart and PO Robert Pepe. During their encounter, PO Hart punched [redacted] in the face (allegation D). When Lt. Andriy Ryabinin came in to assess the situation, PO Pepe allegedly told another prisoner identified through the investigation as [redacted] "Shut the fuck up" (allegation E).
