On July 11, 2015, [redacted] was at the bodega at [redacted] in Brooklyn at approximately 8:55 p.m. [redacted] is a friend of [redacted] who is the owner of the bodega. Sgt. Charles Senat, PO Manuel Cantoralonso, and PO Stephen Sheppard arrived at the bodega and told [redacted] and his friend, [redacted] to leave the store. The store clerk, [redacted] remained inside the store. [redacted] informed [redacted] that Sgt.
