Summary

On June 29, 2015, at approximately 2 p.m., at [redacted] in Queens, [redacted] was approached by PO Richard Tarver and PO Gordon Mak of the 105th Precinct. Upon approaching [redacted] the officers allegedly said to him, "We deal with this bullshit every day." (Allegations A and B). The officers handcuffed [redacted] and PO Tarver allegedly hit him across the right eye with his baton, while PO Mak allegedly hit [redacted] twice in the back (Allegations C and D). [redacted] was transported to [redacted]. [redacted] PO Mak rode in the ambulance with him.
