Summary

On July 9, 2015, at approximately 3:15 pm, [redacted] went to the 121st Precinct stationhouse to file a complaint about her neighbor. While at the stationhouse, [redacted] interacted with PO Michael Carroll and PO Bryan Dunn, who had responded to her home earlier in the day. During the course of this interaction, PO Carroll allegedly screamed at [redacted] telling her to "get the fuck out."
