On July 2, 2015, at approximately 9:30 p.m., [redacted] was arrested for [redacted] and was transported in an unmarked van to the 120th Precinct stationhouse in Staten Island. While being escorted into the stationhouse, Det. Arthur Truscelli and Det. Gerard DelPrete, from Narcotics Borough Staten Island, allegedly pushed [redacted] towards a row of chairs and leaned their knees and hands on [redacted] back (Allegation A and B).
