Summary

On July 7, 2015, at approximately 4:08 p.m., Police Officer Pearce Martinez and Police Officer Lenny Lutchman, from Patrol Borough Brooklyn North, responded to a radio run regarding a robbery-in-progress with a blade at 102 Saratoga Avenue in Brooklyn (Board Review 03). PO Martinez and PO Lutchman met with the 911 caller who stated that there were two males involved in the knifepoint robbery. The officers and the 911 caller canvassed the vicinity of this location until they observed two males who the 911 caller identified as the alleged robbers. One of the males fled on foot while PO Martinez and PO Lutchman attempted to place [redacted]. [redacted] evaded the officers and fled on foot before he could be taken into custody. PO Lutchman pursued [redacted] on foot to 421 Bainbridge Street. PO Martinez followed them via the marked car.
