On August 10, 2015, at approximately 10:00am, PO Arpan Das and PO Jason Cotto of PSA 1 arrived at [redacted] apartment, which his located at [redacted], in Brooklyn. The officers requested to speak with [redacted] granddaughter, and to verify that [redacted] had legal custody of her care. After doing so, [redacted] asked PO Das for his name and shield number two times, and PO Das allegedly ignored her requests (Allegation A). No summonses or arrests were made during this incident.
