On August 11, 2015, [redacted]'s vehicle was pulled over after he crossed through the intersection of Merrick Boulevard and Farmer's Boulevard, by PO Matthew Lewis and PO Derrick Coleman of the 113th Precinct (Allegations A and B). PO Lewis approached [redacted]'s driver's door, asked him for his license and registration while also asking him if he was on probation (Allegation C).
