On August 22, 2015, at approximately 11:30 p.m., [redacted] and [redacted] were riding their motorcycles. At North Conduit Avenue and Springfield Boulevard in Queens, [redacted] were stopped by PO Michael Rosenberg and PO Michael Johnson of Highway Unit Three (Allegations A and B). [redacted] alleged that PO Rosenberg exited the car and said, "Get the fuck off the bikes! Stop the bikes!" to [redacted] and [redacted]. PO Rosenberg said, "Give me your fucking key!" to [redacted]. [redacted] had already removed her key from her bike, and refused to provide it to PO Rosenberg. PO Rosenberg told [redacted] and [redacted] to move to the side of the road, and they complied. [redacted] had moved her bike away from [redacted] and the officers. PO Rosenberg said, "Where the fuck is she going?" to [redacted]. PO Rosenberg asked [redacted] for her identification, and she provided it. [redacted], asked PO Rosenberg, "What's the hold up? I need to get to work." PO Rosenberg allegedly said, "Shut the fuck up and wait," to [redacted] (Allegation C).
