Summary

On August 19, 2015, at approximately 2:49 p.m., [redacted] was in front of [redacted] in Brooklyn when her husband, [redacted] was arrested for [redacted] by PO Alfred Brewster and PO Wendy Amaya, both from PSA1. [redacted] approached [redacted] who was in handcuffs. [redacted] asked PO Brewster if she could take [redacted]s jewelry and money and PO Brewster said that she could not. [redacted] attempted to remove a gold chain from [redacted]s neck so that she could keep it for him. PO Brewster grabbed [redacted]s wrist and pushed it away from [redacted]s chain (Allegation A).
