On September 1, 2015, at approximately 3:40 p.m., [redacted] and [redacted] were walking west on Murdock Avenue between 197th Street and 198th Street in Queens. An unmarked vehicle pulled up and Det. Juan Moreno, Det. Erik Nelson, and Det. Michael DiMeglio of Narcotics Borough Queens North exited. Det. Moreno stopped [redacted] (Allegation A).
