On September 13, 2015, at approximately 5 to 10 minutes before 8:50 a.m., PO Jackeline Gonzalez approached the vehicle in which [redacted] was an occupant and informed her that she was not allowed to angle park her vehicle in the designated area reserved for marked RMPs located directly across the street from PSA5's parking lot on 124th Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenues in Manhattan.
