Summary

On September 15, 2015, at approximately 4:00 p.m., [redacted] went to the 60th Precinct stationhouse to inquire about retrieving money that had been vouchered during an arrest on September 4, 2015. When she was at the stationhouse, Sgt. Dominique Taylor, of the 60th Precinct, allegedly spoke discourteously to [redacted] by saying, "Get the fuck out of the precinct" (Allegation A).
